Personal Budget Planner - Support

To ensure you are able to properly open the file on your computer, you must ensure your macro security in Excel is set to either medium or low.

Setting your macro security to medium will enable you to open the file and is safer than setting the macro security to low. EasyBudgeting recommends you set your security to medium.

Note: If your macro security is set to high, you will need to adjust the setting as per the instructions below (Excel default macro setting is high).

SETTING MACRO SECURITY TO MEDIUM

Open a new sheet in Excel, select from menu: Tool, Options:

Select Options

After selecting Options, select the Security tab in the Options window:

The following screen will appear:

Select Macro Security

The following screen will appear:

Medium Security

Once you have adjusted the macros setting, we advise you exit from Excel altogether and then re-open the budget planner.

When you open the 12 month Budget Model after setting Macro Security to Medium, the following window will appear:

Enable Macros
